It’s the mooooost wonderful time of the yearrrrr! And it’s time to find gifts for all of the wonderful people in your life. Which can sometimes be hard! So we’ve put together a list of some things that would make great gifts. We’ve tried to cover any one you may need a gift for, from kids to adults at various different price points. We can’t create a gift guide without one of our absolute favorite tools: the Kitchenaid Mixer. With tons of sizes like 3.5 quart, 4.5 quart, 5 quart and 7 quart, there is an option for every size home. This thing is an absolute workhorse and there is nothing it can’t do. Not only does it excel straight out of the box, but there are tons of attachments you can add on for more niche projects like pasta making, slicing/shredding, and making ice cream. And the number one tool we always add on for a kitchenaid mixer is a bowl scraping beater blade.
Another fun thing we love for the kitchen is anything Mackenzie Childs. These cookie jars are one of our favorite products. They work great to hold cookies, but they are also perfect for holding coffee pods. This tea kettle is another Mackenzie Childs favorite.
We are huge fans of cookie scoops! These make placing dough on cookie sheets way easier. They can also be used for other purposes. The large size if great for scooping cupcake or muffin batter into cupcake liners. It’s just the right amount, every time. This set comes in three different sizes, all of which are handy!
As a family, we love pastries like pie, but we also love guacamole! This is a tool that can help with both. Technically it is a pastry cutter, but it also makes for a great avocado masher. The big soft grippy handle makes it easy to cut butter into your pastry dough, and the wide bottom really gets to work on those avocados. I also use it to cut up eggs for egg salad. I slice the egg in half, remove the yolk and then lay the egg flat side down and push the pastry cutter down over it, then turn the pastry cutter 90 degrees and push down again. Perfectly cut up eggs with less cutting time!
A few years ago my grandma gifted my parents homemade bowl cozies. They are a surprising hit! How often are you holding a bowl that is just slightly too hot to be comfortable. These are perfect for when you want to be lazy and snuggle up on the couch with a warm bowl of soup. I’ve never tried this specific version but it looks like it should work perfectly!
This freshwater coin pearl pendant necklace embodies effortless elegance and timeless beauty. Made with a freshwater coin pearl and 14k gold filled wire, chain & clasp, this gorgeous piece comes from Brittany’s jewelry store Fleurtations. It is one of her bestsellers and it’s pretty clear why! Be sure to check out all of the jewelry on her site. It’s stunning!
This gorgeous necklace makes a great gift. it is 18K Gold over 925 Sterling Silver and includes an 18in chain. With it’s classic style it’s sure to be loved. This coin was minted in Rome from 1953-1959, 69-70, 80-2001 and the vintage coin has been restored to its original state. This design also comes in earrings and a ring.
This ultrasonic cleaner machine is great for retainers and night guards as well as for cleaning jewelry. I have used it for both and everything comes out super clean and refreshed. It has two cleaning options: 5 minutes for a fast clean and 10 minutes for a deep clean.
I love my Robovac! I bought my first one, the Eufy 15C MAX, 5+ years ago and was hooked. So hooked that my brother bought the same one a few weeks later. This one doesn’t map your home, so you can’t ask it to clean specific areas, but if you’re a bit skeptical and not looking to spend too much, this is a fantastic place to start. I recently bought a new one, pictured here, the Eufy X8 Pro, with upgraded features, like mapping and super suction. It is amazing!! The X8 Pro also has the ability to add on a self emptying station which is a fun little bonus.
This stud finder tool is perfect for the handy guy or gal. It uses a device and your phone to basically show you the inside of the wall, making hanging things a breeze. I don’t have one of these yet, but I’m kind of obsessed with it! I often hang art for clients at work and I’m always scared I’ll somehow drill into a pipe, so this thing would be such a comfort to have!
This Harry Potter Monopoly sounds so fun! Each player gets sorted into a house and earns points for that house. It also has really fun details that all nod back to the books like Owl post cards instead of Chance and Community Chest cards. My nephew has just started the Harry Potter series and he is obsessed with Monopoly, so he’s getting this for Christmas this year!
Skip Bo is a fun and easy card game that is great for all ages over 7. The goal is to use up all the cards in your stockpile by creating sequential stacks of cards. This has become a family favorite!
Scrabble is another game that is very popular in our family. When I came across this pretty scrabble board I was immediately drawn in and knew I needed one. Who doesn’t love a pretty board game? Especially a classic game that you know you’ll have for a long time.
As a photographer I always love when kids take an interest in taking photos. This is a great camera for young kids (ages 3 to 8ish) to explore with. It’s durable and takes good enough photos. And it comes in 6 super cute designs like this unicorn or a one eyed monster.
For the older crowd, this Canon Rebel is a great entry point camera. It uses their EF lens mount system, so it’s a camera that can grow with the user as they expand and branch out. This is the digital version of the camera I started out with a looooong time ago, and it was the perfect starting point.
One of my friends gifted me this mouse pad for Christmas a few years ago and I love it! While it’s definitely one of the prettiest mouse pads I’ve ever seen, it’s also super practical and works really well. The entire bottom is a non slip and it always stays in place.
I just got this walking pad recently and I love it so much! It folds in half for easy storage and has a remote and app. It goes up to 3 miles per hour and counts steps, time, distance, speed and calories. It’s pretty quite, so you can talk on the phone or watch tv while using it. I’m waiting to a standing desk to arrive so that I can use it while I work!
This dog toy is great for dogs who need to learn to play by themselves. When my dog Lottie was little all she wanted to do was play, so when I couldn’t play with her, the Cheerble would! It rolls, and bounces making your pup chase after it. You never know which way it’s going to go!
This is another great toy for dogs to entertain themselves with! This treat feeding toy has a button that you can place anywhere in your home that when pressed will cause treats to come out of the feeder! Lottie learned how to use this toy in about 5 minutes. Once she totally understood, I put the button 20-30 feet from the feeder and then she would run back and forth getting herself treats. It’s a great way to get young pups to tire themselves out!
After Lottie had her leg amputated, I had to figure out how she would ask to go outside. These doggy door bells are perfect! I stuck them to the back door using 3M Command adhesives and the receiver is plugged in near the backdoor. Now she just boops the button with her nose and the doorbell rings, letting us know she would like to go out or in. The receiver is loud enough to be heard throughout the house on it’s quietest setting.
